PLANNING COUNCIL
This committee is charged with:
- Establishing service priorities and allocating funds from the 2009 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act within the eligible area.
- Developing a comprehensive plan for organizing, delivering, evaluating and monitoring HIV/AIDS related health and support services that seek to be compatible with existing State or local plans regarding the provision of HIV/AIDS-related services.
- Assessing the efficiency of the administrative mechanism in rapidly allocating funds to areas of greatest need within the eligible area.
